General Comments
Still waiting for the dispatch.. Yesterday I phoned them to confirm if it has been.. Then this SG said that it has been dispatched.. Even e-mailed me that it has been done so.. surprise surprise.. nothing arrived today.. phoned them again.. guess what.. they said something is missing from the box.. they should have checked it first before even sending me an e-mail confirming that it was sent already.. I just wasted the day waiting for the delivery.. they didn't even call me or send me an e-mail of what's happened.. lucky I phoned.. if you plan to buy anything from these guys then be prepared... how I wish that they'd deliver customer service consistently.
