Shockingly bad customer service

General Comments
Please take a look at the negative customer reviews here and see that they are from genuine, unhappy clients. I was very suspicious of the storyline style reviews I saw here (Nana loves it, my aches and pains have disappeared etc etc), but my wife pressured me into a purchase prior to going on a business trip. 35 days later, no mattress and no answer to my emails and phone calls. My wife eventually got through to them, but they were extremely unfriendly.



The truth is that they deliver very late (if at all), the product is cheap tat that overheats you and loses memory retention.



Absolute Comfort Customer Service almost had me jumping in my car.
