Good Points

The pool area was really nice! Lovely pool and surroundings. Very close to the beach and close but not too to the night life!
Thomas Cook was very helpful, our rep Kaz couldn't have been any better!


Bad Points

The owner was very disrespectful, he was a bully and very unhelpful, we had a mouse in our room, reported it and he shouted at us swearing, telling us that he was not a mouse catcher and to go and sleep on the beach!
The security guard actually hit a girl in our group and grabbed several lads staying in the apartments by their ears! He constantly carried a gun and a truncheon around with him, always storming into our rooms, without invitation or even knocking.


General Comments

Our overall stay in Laganas was amazing but that was not due to the hotel. The night life was amazing and we made some brilliant friends!
We would recommend Laganas to anyone but not the Christina Apartments. We are actually booking up next month to go back there as we loved it so much.
