Very slow performance in the last few months, often taking minutes to open my IMAP inbox.
Customer support can be quite unresponsive, and occasionally a bit eager to shift the blame away from themselves for problems.
Annoyingly, they send an automated reply to support requests which you must reply to in order to get any further action.
General Comments
I like what Runbox offers, and wish that there were more competition offering the same thing. I'm not happy with their current levels of support and performance, so would move elsewhere if I could find the same offering elsewhere.
I think Runbox should invest in some snappier servers and more efficient support, then they would be offering a great service.
