Good Points

I had many good points with the insurer. They were very good when I have had to make a claim when a friend reversed into my car. They were very considerate and let me use my own choice of garage even though it was not in the city I lived but where my mum and dad lives. They said that I was able to have a courtesy car and they dealt with the claim and didn't have to pay any excess due to the other party accepting it was their fault and had all their insurance details. Although it did take a while to sort out the customer services was excellent. They were always very helpful and provided me with all the details. Whenever I wanted to add my brother onto the insurance it was done straight away with no questions asked. Considering I am a young driver this was a brilliant quote and my age didn't seem to affect anything. I have now been with them for 2 years and plan stopping with them for another.


Bad Points

The only bad point was that it took a while to sort out my claim and get my car fixed but they was due to miss communication between Lloyds TSB, Churchill and myself. The matter did get sorted and they were very apologetic and didn't charge me a thing. This is the only problem I have occurred.


General Comments

They are a fantastic insurer to go through. I will definately be staying with them and would recommend them to any one. Can not really say a bad word against them.

    I agree Lloyds TSB were my first insurer and I couldn't recommend them more for service and level of cover. However I have never been able to get a quote as cheap as my first year and unfortunately I always choose price over quality when it comes to insurance.
