Flight was delayed by over 5 hours. No one bothered to let us know what was going on until after 2 hours of expected departure time.
General Comments
We were offered delayed flight compensation letters to collect 100 us dollars at any Kenya airways office.. Guess what? There are none in the area I live. One would have to travel 300 miles to get to one. Meaning.. more money required to collect this so called compensation. I will never fly Kenya airways and I would advise people not to either. Better to fly the more expensive airlines than the cheaper ones.
