Bad Points
These guys think they are good.......
General Comments
We had to make a payment and were given a due date, we paid it on the due date then got a late charge of £12, when we complained we were told it should of been paid 3 days before the due date and the late charge would stand. So I've closed everything I have with them and encouraged everyone I know to do the same. A rough estimate of the money not going through them due to this late charge is near £100 grand a year, I've hit em where it hurts, in the digits. Hope they enjoy that 12 quid.......
