Ease of use, ability to pause/rewind live TV, watch things when convenient, having a catalogue of all your recordings, quiet, picture quality, skip forward/skip back function, ability to make 8 or 9 hour recording if there's a concert or something on.
Forgets programme guide when on standby and can take up to half an hour to reload it, some frequently used buttons hidden under flap on remote
Love it, love it, love it!
This box will transform your viewing habits. It's easy to use, and it keeps a catalogue of all your recordings by name and date for instant access.
My favourite feature for me are the skip forward / skip back buttons. Skip back is really handy for those "what did she say?" moments. And skip forward just skims through those adverts if you're playing back a recording.
Best of all is that it enables you to make your own schedule and not be tied to the whims of TV producers, viewing figures and advertising slots.
This box has very quickly become indispensable.
