Unfortunately my experience with Spainair has been a nightmare. On May 23, 2007, I flew from Barcelona to Ibiza, my luggage got lost in route to Ibiza and the Spainair representative was not helpful and told me there was nothing she could do for me. When I became stern she briefly assisted me giving a me phone number to call. It is now July 24 and my luggage is still missing. When I key my reference number into their website, it states that its not valid. Not one person from this company has responded to any of my numerous emails or phone calls.
