Bad Points

Website doesnt function.
Website use crashes computer.
Support system derisory.


General Comments

I have been 4 days trying to access my abbey national business account online.
I am an experienced net user with a 2 years old macintosh G3 computer.
The site does not work. every time i try to log on it freezes my computer.
The support system is a joke. I got an automated response to my detailed request for assistance. Waited nearly half an hour to get through to telephone support - then got cut off right after giving five minutes worth of details! My follow up email has not even had a reply for nearly 24 hours.
If i dont hear back from them today i'm closing my account and going elsewhere!

    I have to agree that it is difficult to login. The login fields are not consistent and telephone support is not very helpful. All very confusing indeed.

    Like rhino I had a problem logging on to Abbey but found if I went on to investments then used the log in symbol there it worked. I wonder if anyone has made Abbey aware that there is a problem with the log-on?
