Good Points

None

Bad Points

Too many variables, operators not understanding company policy, charges for any changes ie £15 change of address £30 cancellation charge even if your policy is cancelled long before the renewal date

General Comments

Do not go with the Post Office unless you are certain your circumstances are not going to alter otherwise it WILL cost you as they are ruthless. The cheapest is not always the best I learnt by my very costly mistake.

Cancelled my claim without informing me as the third party was not insured. I have spent 9 months trying to cancel the policy. Nobody calls you back even when you take their name and they tell you they will call you personally. Haven't a clue what they are talking about, I am totally dissatisfied with their customer service. Am now looking at taking legal advice as almost 1 year later my claim and my request to cancel the policy has not been settled, also I must add the car was scrapped over 3 months ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 - p/o does not deal in claims, they are the broker, 2 - if the third party is uninsured, and they cannot take the matter any further, i dont know the details of your claim, but the face of it, third party uninsured, and legal threats aint working, insurer will call it a day. claim closed but not settled.
