No good points to mention.
Bad Points
Waiter dropped hot pizza on my granddaughter's lap. Waitress apologised, but no reduction was made in the price of the meal, even though the evening was spoiled for the party of four.
General Comments
When I telephoned to the Cafe Unico restaurant in Epping the following day to give them the opportunity of making some good-will gesture, the manager refused to do so, as my family had not made sufficient fuss at the time of the incident.
I told him that he should have been grateful that they been kind enough to leave without making a fuss.
My 10 year old granddaughter had her evening spoiled with no apparent concern from them.
