Andrews Estate Agents showed me the wrong garden with the flat I bought 3 times. The garden I did in fact own was a tiny bit of wasteland.
I went through with the sale and only found out that they had sold me the wrong garden when I'd spent a weekend gardening in someone else's garden and the tenants knocked on my door.
I started writing to them in April and have only had a response now in July. They couldn't do an internal enquiry as the agent that I dealt with no longer works there (funny that). It's now with the Ombudsman.
