Good Points

After 22 months the bearings went in my machine, I contacted Beko and they agreed to pay for the parts


Bad Points

1) Customer service was diabolical, 2) I have been waiting 3 weeks to date and still no sign of the parts for my washing machine


General Comments

I will never buy another Beko appliance again and I would advise anyone not to buy Beko.
