Bad Points

Convoluted contract that can trip up the customer - very slow cash back cheque received - unhelpful customer service - do not touch.


General Comments

I also deal with a different company and have had no problems - they email me quickly informing me that the BACS payment has been paid. You don't get 100% of your contract back but wish I had both of our phones from them instead of Cool New Mobile. I just feel bitter and would not recommend them to anyone. In the end no-one wins.
