Bad Points

I requested a Capital One credit card over the net ...... 3 days later they wrote and told me I had a bad credit rating with Experian, I went on Experian as I have an account and my credit rating was perfect. I phoned Capital One back and told them, they told me I could appeal!!! as if ... do they want customers?

General Comments

I have another credit card now and after reading the posts about Capital One I am glad now I was refused.

I know what you mean with Capital One they are forever sending me letters offering me a card with a £250 limit. The funny thing is the lowest limit I have on one of my cards is £5750 and I always pay my cards of in full each month.

Capital One however do serve there purpose, they are good if you have no credit rating or bad credit rating as it gives the user a chance to build it up and then get a proper card with a decent limit and good interest rate.
