Good Points

Competent online travel booking site offering a service similar to Travelocity and Expedia but based in Europe rather than the U.S.


Bad Points

Usurious cancellation policy, at least as regards rental cars, where their terms and conditions, invisible in practice at booking time, call for a heavy fee for canceling a rental car reservation if canceled less than 15 days prior to service. Because this online agency debits your credit card at reservation time, you have virtually no recourse, so I recommend against using Ebookers.


General Comments

Ebookers is no better than any other online booking site but with a usurious cancellation policy.
