Bad Points

My Mercedes Vito went on fire while stationary outside my house. Both the fire brigade and accident investigator said it was an electrical fault.


General Comments

Mercedes would take no responsibility whatsoever. Each time I spoke to somebody different they kept informing me that the radio was not the original one but seemed to get flustered when I informed them that they installed the radio/sat nav system.
