Good Points

Looks good and good customer relations


Bad Points

Have had two both with faults, now on my third replacement


General Comments

First one I bought and returned it due to continually boiling without cutting off. Second one with same fault, contacted Morphy Richards who sent a replacement very quickly and told me to dispose of the second one. Now been using third one for some time and have to twist it, to get it to heat up. Good customer relations but rubbish kettle
