Poor quality dress.
Astonishingly poor communication.
No customer services at all.
I opted for the Caronine Castigliano dress 'Carlotta' from The Designer Bridal Room in Kendals, Deasngate, Manchester. I was concerned from the start that the key feature to the dress, the silk rose was never attached, and they kept saying it was not fixed in place because I had a choice about its location on the dress. However, one hour into my wedding day and the flower fell off! It had not been 'stitched' as they later claimed, but 'wishfully' stuffed into a fabric socket. The material unravelled and I was left with a mess of a dress for most of the day. I have written five letters to Customer services and have experienced shamefully poor communication. They claim that the flower will 'loosen' with pressure? Two weeks after the deadline I set I have still received no communication, and so I will now be taking the matter further.
