General Comments

Complex: fantastic pool, really good layout. Very good complex for families, kids and 'clubbers' like me who enjoy the Ayia Napa nightlife too much, Everybody gets along, massive pool. Choice of two supermarkets; supermarket on site or around the corner. Excellent kids entertainment. Very clean.

Location: ideal, most perfect location. Perfect for local bars and restaurants. Taxi rank around the corner or alright distance for a stroll into town square; a manageable 10 minutes. Quiet and peaceful location. Nissi beach is a good 12 minutes walk or a short taxi drive away and is one of the most gorgeous beaches I have seen in Europe. My only qualms are that it is very busy. The water park is a really good day out, but take some flip flops as the floor there is like walking on hot embers. The best day to go to the waterpark is Wednesday or Sunday as these are the quietest due to the coach companies being used for airport arrivals and not trips so its basically people from Ayia Napa there. If you get a taxi to the waterpark you will usually get a £2 off voucher per person - so ask!

The cleaners came everyday and were ace, they were very understanding if you were in the bath or still in bed with a hangover.

Studio rooms are basic but ideal. Front doors of the rooms were slightly warped by the heat so be careful to make sure they lock shut behind you.

I will be going back here again!
