Good Points

My boyfriend applied for this credit card without my permission, and they sent it. He used it, and they call him like it was me. A male with a female name. Well, when we broke up he told me that the credit card was full, and that it was in my name. He even had someone else make believe it was me, as I NEVER APPLIED, BUT THEY SENT HIM THE CARD.


Bad Points

I have tried to resolve this, but I guess I have to see an Attorney. It was easy for him to get a credit from them. It's been hell trying to solve the problem. They want me to pay.


General Comments

The Aspire Visa is the worst credit card to deal with. Their customer service is non-existent, and I will now have to take the matter further.
