Sturdy construction, smooth movement of adjustable objective, easy to zero, nicely textured rubberized finish.
Adjustable turret (bullet drop compensator) for elevation was impossible to remove using the Allen wrench provided. The screw was overtightened at the factory. The wrench initially bent then stripped the screw. I have contacted the company for repair or replacement under the one year warranty.
A good scope with reasonably clear optics for the price paid. It was quite easy to zero the scope using the windage and elevation turrets. However, the set screw for the elevation turret was either frozen in place or overtightened in the manufacturing process, so I could not use the bullet drop compensation feature at all. I have contacted BSA Optics, the manufacturer, for warranty work or a replacement scope. Until I see how well I am treated by BSA, I cannot recommend this scope.
