Solid construction
Good grip
Good sights
Hard to finetune
Slightly overpriced
Lot of vibration
I bought my Gamo Shadow 1000 about a week ago, and it was mindblowing when i got it. It was as accurate as one can wish for once it was scoped in, and it packed punch. And a lot of it. I fired about 6-800 rounds through it when all of a sudden the sound changed radically. It was almost like someone had put a silencer on it..
I opened the badboy up, and to my great sorrow, the spring was broken. This i find very very bad for a weapon not older then a week. and not even shot 1000 shots.
Regardless. The shots i did fire, were quite intoxicating. And i will not be replacing my S1K, merely returning it and ask for a new one.
All in all a very very good weapon.
