I just started taking Zantrex-3.... so far i get a little bit of jitters, I'm a little nervous, like when people call my name and I'm not paying attention i jump really easily. I cant sit down... i have tons and tons of energy! So far so good. Just drink lots of water! and start slow.. i advise talking one capsule instead of two so that your body gets use to it. Work out as much as you can too! It gives you all the energy so there's no way you could be too lazy to work out. It will make you loose more weight than just taking it by itself. And make sure you eat because if you don't you will feel more sick. I'm pretty happy with it so far.
