I am a claimant - I have worked in the insurance industry for 25 years and have never dealt with any company as useless as Geico


General Comments

I had a hit by a Geico insured person on 6-25-07. After 17 days I still had not heard from them. I left messages with the claims adjustor and supervisors, and no one would call me back. I finally received an estimate for my total damage, and the amount was approx $2,000 less than I can replace it for with the same like/kind vehicle. I think everyone with these claims problems should contact the Missouri Insurance Commission.
