The headphone sound is of good quality. I had no problem downloading videos and music onto my ZEN.
Bad Points
I purchased my daughter's ZEN in February 2007 for her birthday. In April, the screen froze and she could not get her ZEN to work for videos. She could only listen to music. On July 9, 2007 we purchased another one for her (against my better judgement). Today is July 19, 2007 and her ZEN's battery will not hold a charge. It will not charge at all. Tomorrow we will be returning it.
General Comments
I believe that this product should be recalled immediately. I have never seen an electronic product with so many problems.
