The flight attendants were very professional. The plane was clean and the blankets were cool! I fly to Africa frequently and they are much better than British Airways overall in every area.
Bad Points
They don't fly directly from the US to Kenya.
General Comments
Some of their smaller planes are older (which is not a major problem).
However, they offer good service at a reasonable price. I would fly them more frequently if their flights were in my area.
