Good Points
A fair set of accessories!

Bad Points
Heavy, cumbersome, hard to manouvre, the on/off switch is half way down the machine, hard to keep clean/clean out!

General Comments
The machine is pretty poor in cleaning carpets, suction has dropped off a lot since it was new, and we have had it only 18 months, it has been used only 10/12 times and the carpets were never `really dirty`, it does not seem powerful enough to do the job!
