They have branches open on Sundays and other non traditional hours

They really stick it to you with all of the overdraft fees. Their online banking is not accurate. They wont cash pay roles checks unless it is a US Bank check and they pend all checks for 247 hours. They switch dates on outgoing charges to, in my opinion, collect overdraft fees.

I would never ever recommend this bank to anyone. There customer service is okay, but their turn over rate for branch employees is extreamly high. Not to mention half of the time they can't explain why or what you are being charged. My suggestion to anyone who has an account with them is print your online view every day, so when they go changing things around you can prove them wrong. They are constantly waiting for any problem with your account to start charging overdraft fees, and folks, if there is one fee be prepared to view about 2-4 additional fees that have dominoed. I also have an account with a Credit Union and have none of the issues that this bank presents.
