Deceptive website, makes you think they are a company worth looking at.

Extremely poor customer service, worst delivery ever!


General Comments

I ordered a bed, wardrobe and beside cabinets from additions, I got the wardrobe and the bedside cabinet a day before it was due to arrive - which I thought was good. I definitely changed my mind on that as soon as I saw the quality of the wardrobe.

I paid about £280 for the wardrobe so I expected a decent quality, the wardrobe split and chipped in at least 15 places before we could put it up. Even then it was not stable and was scared it would fall on me whilst asleep. It was so bad we could not put the back of the wardrobe up because it broke.

I was tempted to cancel the bed at that point but my friends advised me to just wait. The bed was to be delivered on Friday, I waited all day at home and there was no deliver from additions and no phone call. I called them on Saturday and was told to expect the bed on Wednesday, on Wednesday no delivery no phone call. I called them later that day and was told to expect the delivery on Saturday the latest.

On Thursday I got a phone call from additions telling me the bed was damaged in their depot and they are repairing it. I could either wait for the repairs or order a new bed or ask for a refund. There was no apology, little sympathy from the customer service adviser.
