Good Points

Hotel is in the centre of everything. Resort of Es Cana is lovely, not too busy with everything you need there.


Bad Points

Hotel is too big, can't cope with so many people. Cramped restaurant, food okay but very repetitive. If you want a sunbed you have to get up at 6 am otherwise you've no chance!


General Comments

After being told that this hotel was excellent, we are very disappointed as we found it terrible. We were there for 2 weeks but wish we'd only booked for one week. The food in the restaurant was often lukewarm and the tables were left stacked with dirty dishes as there wasn't enough staff to clear them.
