This was a holiday from hell!

1. The food was unbelievable. It was cold because it was kept in dishes that were not heated. The food was not labelled so you were not sure what you were eating. The variety was disgusting chicken, chicken and chicken again. Oh and lets not forget cold beans. All the cold food was uncovered so was therefore not protected from flies or anything. I would not even serve this food to a dog as slops.
2. The waiters in the hotel were extremely rude and very unprofessional. We had to get the Police to the hotel as the receptionist followed one of my party into the ladies toilets and tried to make advances towards her!
3. You were questioned by the staff as to why you wanted a drink. Alcoholic and soft drinks. This was an all inclusive holiday, so therefore I cannot understand why we were asked this.
4. One lady in the hotel asked for hot water for her baby's bottle and she was refused this. She was informed that she can have it tomorrow.
5. The waiters tried it on with every girl/lady in the hotel and when their advances were refused then they didn't speak with you or any of your party.
6. The reps on the holiday were nowhere to be seen, therefore you could not complain.
7. We were brought a letter to sign by the management, that was a contract to say that we have made a little too much noise at the poolside, therefore we had to sign a written contract to say that we would not complain about management, the food, the staff and the environment. Basically, we could not complain at all or we would be evicted from the hotel. This was all enforced with bodyguards brought into the hotel by the management.
8. We were only supplied with clean towels once throughout the whole holiday. We were informed that two weeks prior to our holiday, the hotel was closed down for hygiene reasons.
9. The bar was closed at 23.00am, therefore the all inclusive stopped then. You were not allowed to bring your own drinks to the pool area or the staff from the hotel would scream in your face.
10. The women in the hotel would also make advances towards you.
11. The hotel is not at all child friendly. There are no lifeguards at poolside and whilst we was there, a child nearly drown in the pool. There was no one around the pool area to get this child out, except a holiday maker.
12. Do not attempt to push any of the waiters or bar staff in the pool. They make you pay for a new mobile phone for them. Twice this happened! It cost one person a £100 and another £140.
13. One lady was followed to her hotel room by a member of staff and was that intimated that she barricaded herself into the room. She was then called a liar by the manager and also the staff.
14. On our stay, there were a lot of items going missing, men's shoes, sunglasses. When the person who lost the shoes left the hotel, we spotted one of the waiters wearing them.
15. One of the holiday makers left half a bottle of water at the side of the pool and we observed a waiter open the bottle, smell the contents and then peel off the label and put it in the fridge behind the bar obviously to serve to other guests.

I seriously would not advise anyone to go to Club Viva as it was the holiday from hell! Please save your money and go somewhere else!
