Good Points
Good screen size, compact unit, fairly easy to use and install maps. Good screen mounting system. Good range of maps available.

Bad Points
Limited postcode digits. It became difficult to pick up signal to the point where it was sent off for repair. Only two agents in the country, service generally poor. Office in Germany seemed not interested in helping after sale.

General Comments
Having a Sat Nav that only works now and again is not much use. Sadly after 8 months and a replacement unit I have given up on the Becker Traffic Assist and returned it to the suppliers Viking Direct. Thankfully with Viking Direct being such a good supplier, there was a no-hassle return policy, which offset the poor customer service available from the manufacturers and UK service agent.
