Once I had signed up with Business Telecom, I wondered if that was the last I would hear from them. However, I get a phone call every couple of months, just checking things are OK. I have engineers out when I need them. I even had the consultant who dealt with my system pop in while he was in the area to double check I was happy with everything. Now with British Telecom I had to wait 18 months for them to replace a handset; with Business Telecom I had an engineer round TWO DAYS after I called in to say I was unsure of how something worked. He came round, explained again the various features, made sure I was comfortable and left his personal mobile number in case I had any more issues.
I could not promote them enough. Customer focused, good value for money and all the support you could ever want!
