Excellent fitness DVD, Can't fault it at all!
I have been doing the Charlie Brooks Before And After Workout since Jan 2006 and I ended up losing just over 2 stone in 9 months! I am still doing the work-out now but do 20 minutes a day by choosing different chapters - Pilates being my last one because it helps to keep me toned and trim & I do feel really good after I've done it. I definitely recommend this DVD, you won't be disappointed!
