Customer service skills on a scale of 1-10 = -20! I bought a pair of shoes, took them home the straps were damaged. Went back to the mall to return them withn the 10 day return policy, forgot the shoes. Talked to the lady, she said no problem. She would leave a note for someone, who would be in the next day. The next day was told no.
These people need some serious training! Then I tried to call corporate, good luck! They hide their number behind an answering machine and do not respond to emails. Ladies avoid this place.
