It is light enough to carry, screen is bright.
Can take a long time to acquire satellites, drove over 6 miles yesterday before it acquired a satellite. The mount is rubbish, keeps falling down, not easy to remove after arriving at destination. It is quite often a street or so out when navigating. It tried to take me down a narrow street yesterday which had a bollard in the middle of the road stopping entry. Today in a heavy rain shower it lost the satellites for over 5 minutes. Extras i.e traffic, speed cameras are expensive.
Don't know how the Tom Tom One compares with other sat nav's, but the bad points outweigh the good ones for me. It might be light enough to carry and the screen is bright, but it can take a long time to acquire satellites and is not always accurate.
