Good Points

Exceptional value for money giving all business class features (except flat beds) for half the price of the main transatlantic carriers. Very friendly and attentive service. Wide seat with plenty of legroom.
Change of planes at Reykjarvik designed to involve minimum of effort. Disembarked from London flight into a lounge area right by arrival gate, departing 50 mins later from adjacent gate.


Bad Points

Change of plane and slightly longer routing added 2 hours elapsed time to journey.


General Comments

Plane was only a 737 so lacked the sophistication of a jumbo but this had its up sides too. Eg films were provided on individual lap-top DVD style players but these gave a choice of 8 films pre-loaded which you could start and stop at your own convenience. Also small business class cabin (16 passengers) contributed to the extremely personal service.
