Very efficient procedure when collecting the vehicle, received an e-mail just before leaving UK, even thou I paid in full before leaving UK I still had to have my credit card swiped and pay locally 57 euros for fuel replenishment.
Very convenient to pick up car through to outside and then a 50 yrd walk to car.
I managed to lock the keys in the car at the hotel, the hotel phoned them a Mahon Airport and within 30 mins they arrived with spare key, no charge and great service, faultless.
Got caught out on fuel when I received the vehicle as it was slightly off the Full Level so returned the same, No they were not having it and done me 10% of deposit ID any faults when you receive the car.
Had the Focus Diesel for 2 weeks, car was needing a damn good valet after going up dirt roads tracks etc, half a beach was in the car, they were really ok about it although I did feel bad,
Overall great company to deal with and would use again, Centauro was who the car belonged to which are based in the terminal at Mahon.
