Quick to take your money but after sales service is appalling. They are keen to transfer you through to customer services but the average hold time in my experience has been 25 minutes. It is the day before I go away and I don't have my InterRail ticket yet and no-one wants to help. They don't say that they send tickets 14 days prior to travel date, what a ridiculous idea, it leaves no time to chase them up.
Please don't use STA for your own sanity and blood pressure. Quite frankly I am absolutely disgusted with this company and wish something could be done to prevent people like me being treated this way.
