Good Points

Claim dealt with quickly (assessed within a couple of days). Pleased with service and quality of work from their approved body shop.


Bad Points

Took over 1 month before any work was undertaken, but that's down to the body shop being so busy, and was only a bumper so I could still drive.

Corsa courtesy car :( although it did make me appreciate getting the BMW back :)


General Comments

I hit a pheasant, causing damage to bumper. Claim was dealt with smoothly and quickly.
