Cheap most places will sell them around 10 dollars. They seem nice at first. Gives your board a real solid and smooth feel especially if you're rolling on some new wheels as well.
They aren't the best quality bearings out there. They do not roll that good. The inner ball retainer tends to get loose and scrape the races and the balls making the wheels squeaky and feel crunchy. They only only shields on one side but that could be a good thing too for easy cleaning and lubricating but i would rather just buy another set of bearings than going through that crap. They don't go fast.
If you are interested in finding some cheap skateboard bearings you might want to give these a try but you can find better bearings around the same price. I would recommend trying speed demons which are about 12 bucks or bones reds for about 15.
