Too many to mention but no communication


General Comments

Aplus are a waste of time, I booked a party and had no contact with them for 3 months I then cancelled the party and had an email within 30 mintues which followed a phone call from the owner of Aplus telling me action would be taken if I cancelled as I would be breaking the contract I was so angry with him. He then said the DJ would phone within the hour which he did and he was a great guy who assured me he would be there I was not so sure at that point but gave him the beneifit of the doubt. All went perfect on the day and the entertainer turned up early and the kids loved it so thank you to the DJ, I wouldn't really recommend Aplus to be honest grab the yellow pages and have a look for a DJ yourself.

    Hello,
    Firstly thank you for taking the time to visit the review centre and posting your reviews on Aplus Entertainment.
    I was very glad to hear your party went well and the children had a great time.
    Whilst I take our comments about contact prior to the party, 15 emails were sent and we spoke prior to the party, the entertainer attended the function and all went well.
    We provided entertainment as agreed, and I'm glad everybody had a great time.
