Had both Origin & Road pilot in the past and this database beats them both hands down. It picks up mobile sites that the other two never identified, can't believe there were so many around where I live. Coming down the M4 it alerted me to a mobile site over the bridge and sure enough there was a Talivan.
A very quick sat lock, quicker than both Origin & Road Pilot, on average as quick a 2 seconds, that is because it can be wired to a permanent live feed so it always keeps a sat lock even after the ignition is turned off.
Bad Points
The cradle is a bit flimsy.
No vista support for the software, although it appears to work without problems under Vista.
In hot weather, the glue holding down the cradle can become less sticky and if you leave the unit in the car you can come back to it face down.
