Bad Points
When I rang up for a quote I didn't expect the rep to sit in my house for 3 hours!
General Comments
We wanted 7 windows and 2 doors and where quoted a staggering £16,000! 10 minutes later he said we could have them for £10,000 then £8,500 and finally £6,500. A massive £10,000 discount! We thought this was rather strange and therefore decided not to go with Zenith Staybrite Windows but the rep refused to take no for an answer, couldn't get him to leave until 11pm!
