Zara have great designs, the clothes look good and the shops are well laid out.
The worst point by a mile is that some of the clothes and specifically the knitwear is poorly made - I have lost count of the numbers of jumpers and cardigans I have bought from here that have developed holes or the stitching has come apart. So much so that I won't buy any more from here. The shop in MK could do with retraining its staff - I have had to queue for ages to get served or just to pay a number of times. It can also be incredibly hot in the shop.
Overall I like Zara's clothes and designs but some of their range is just shoddy in terms of quality - I don't expect a £30-£40 jumper to develop a hole within a few months and this has happened a few times now. I still would consider buying shirts or accessories but steer clear of any knitwear now.
