General Comments

We purchased a car from Approved Car Finance in Walsall 12 months ago, as we had a bad credit history we were given a car that we didn't really want, we were told to take out the finance and after 6 months we could return it for a better car and a better rate of finance. Well guess what 6 months passed and I was told we would have to wait a further 6 months, well guess what, 12 months have now passed and they are now saying another 6 months, so I have been paying exhaustion rates on a car that's only worth 25% of what we have had to pay Approved Car Finance.
