The cabin crew are incredibly efficient, pleasant and helpful. Especially when you take into consideration the length of their shift and the people they have to deal with for such a long duration. Always smiling, and very quick to respond to any requirement. The food actually was rather good for airline food, and we were travelling in economy so not expecting much! Drinks were plentiful, and the entertainment available was wide and varied. I think there were close to 80 films or tv programs to choose from which was more than I'd expected. The flight was on time in both directions, the staff helpful, the food better than anticipated, so I'll definitely fly with them again.
Comfort - but you're going to get that on any economy ticket with any airline on a long haul flight.
They're very good. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to travel to Australia/Asia Pacific.
