Good Points

The clothing store, whom my account is through, gives excellent give-aways and money back cards.


Bad Points

WFNB has to take a serious look at their "collection" practices.


General Comments

Last month I overlooked the fact that I had done some shopping at the clothing store (express) which WFNB handles. Needless to say, I began receiving a "friendly" phone call every-other hour from WFNB automated diallers. Once I realized it was them, I immediately logged onto the express cards online website, made the payment which brought my account up-to-date.

This was Saturday morning.

From that moment on, I have continued to receive automated dialled WFNB phone calls every other hour starting at 8:15am and ending at 8:50pm. Last night, Sunday, they called me at 8:01pm, 8:12pm, 8:33pm and 8:55pm.

I spoke with a customer service representative Saturday evening and discussed my disappointment in their continued phone calls. Sunday, while at a family function, I ignored each one of their phone calls.

So here it is Monday, my BANK ACCOUNT shows the withdrawal that was made THIS MORNING from my account and I have already spoken with three representatives from WFNB (8:20am, 11:45am and 7:45pm) and two "supervisors." I also ignored three phone calls at 10:02am, 1:22pm and 4:36pm.

Solution?: Yes, I understand I overlooked making my payment; I have been a loyal customer of express for over 5 years now, never once have I had a balance remain on my account as I always pay my entire balance on time. They need to recoginize when a consumer has made an online payment and discontinue their phone calls until the payment a> clears b> doesn't.

Very, Very disappointing and upsetting.
